Hi, I’m Mr. Dantas — or as some call me, Coach Dirceu. For over four decades, I’ve walked through banking, military service, classrooms, and executive mentoring, and along the way I discovered something most coaches never talk about: the biggest barrier to growth is rarely a lack of knowledge. It’s the emotional block nobody taught you to name.

That discovery became the foundation of the Guided Voice Method — my approach to helping adults speak English with real confidence, especially when it matters most: in a high-stakes meeting, a negotiation, a presentation that could change everything. It’s not about memorizing more vocabulary. It’s about unlocking what’s already there.

I’ve spent my life in rooms where performance under pressure wasn’t optional — a bank counter, a military post, a classroom full of skeptical students. Each one taught me the same lesson: people don’t fail because they lack ability. They freeze because of a story they’ve been telling themselves for years, often without realizing it.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me with a classical score playing in the background — John Barry, more often than not — or lost in a good book, reflecting on the next idea I want to build. I’m a creator by nature; stillness without purpose has never suited me.
